The “Morning Banana diet ” is easy, not expensive and doesn’t require counting calories or to disposing of a certain type of diet products.

Rules for the diet 

Eat a banana for breakfast. You should start the day by eating a banana. If one banana isn’t enough, you can eat one more, but you shouldn’t overeat. The bananas should be consumed fresh.






With the banana, drink a glass of water at room temperature. The water shouldn’t be cold or hot, but mandatory at room temperature. If you want to drink coffee, do it 20 minutes after breakfast.

Consume a normal lunch and dinner. This diet doesn’t limit the intake of calories, nor does it require certain products to be eliminated from the diet. However, if you want your diet to be effective, you need to reduce your consumption of fatty foods. The only rule you need to abide by is to not overeat, or eat until you are 80% saturated.






The consumption of desserts is prohibited. You shouldn’t consume any sweet nor savory desserts after meals.


Only at 15 pm sweet snacks are allowed. You can eat few cubes of chocolate or a small cookie.

Dinner should not be later than 20 o’clock. It is recommended for the last meal of the day to be at 18:00.
